I play a game called Oblivion. SpySweeper came up and said Oblivion.exe was a Trojan horse. I have searched all over the net and understand that Backdoor.Oblivion is a trojan horse.

My question is: Is Backdoor.Oblivion associated with the game Oblivion???

Please help!! My dad wants to wipe the whole thing off the computer.

Be honest here...i mean really honest. Is the legitimate commercial version of oblivion that you purchased?

Or is this a cracked oblivion that you had to copy the oblivion.exe over the original one? Lots of cracked games are malware as well...yeah you get a free copy but are now infected with something.
