Hello Friends,

I have purchased my computer in November and i started getting some BSOD while i run in the windows doing work, it goes into "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED" or other errors. I manage to get the Sysnative BSOD Dump + System File Collection App, but the PERFMON System Health Report is not generating that file! It opens up and runs , but after 8 hours is still running! and no finish file or errors, so i exit the program.

Testing I have done :

*Memory testing with Memtest with all 4 memory sticks in the motherboard (4gb each = 16gb in total) and i let it run over night and got to Pass 12 with no errors.

*Used Seatools for Windows and checked the hard drives that the software saw it and it passed the test (some drives the software did not see them so no test was done)

*Firmware for the mother board i know that is not up to date, but Lenovo said to leave like that if my computer runs fine! Hmmm.

Computer info:

Spoiler

During a week plus i have received this errors:

Spoiler

Will be nice to get some help and trying to point out what file or hardware is triggering this BSOD.

Thank you for helping!

P.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version FWKT42A) dates from 2016.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Only 6 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 14393 (1607) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

You have 6 hard drives.  What is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power Supply?

If it's the 400 watt model in your system specs, I question whether it's able to support this much extra equipment/power draw.

Please start with these free diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

In the VIdeo 2 section there's a link to OCBase ( http://www.ocbase.com/perestroika_en/index.php?Download )
This test has a PSU test built into it.  I'm not familiar with it, but would suggest you read up on it and use it to see if there's a problem with the PSU being underpowered.
Another option is to remove all but the OS hard drive and any other power drawing devices - and see if the system works well without them.

But, please run ALL of the diagnostics and let us know the results.

Skip the MemTest as you're already run it.

Firstly wanted to thank you for replying to my open tread and offered to help.

*Done few tests to hard drives and all passed.

*Regarding the BIOS , i have asked Lenovo about it, about 3 weeks ago as i know my firmware that the tower come with it was dated from 03/2016 and they released some new firmware in 12/2016 , and Lenovo said if everything works to leave it as it is.So not sure if i should upgrade or not.

*About the Windows Update (Microsoft) - If i go to "check for updates" it say my windows is up to date. But not sure if that's totally true?!, is there a software that can check if my pc is up to date 100%?

*Power Supply: Have PSU: FSP GROUP Model: FSP400-40AGPAA 400W - (SP50A36175 )

Not sure about the year of it,it does not say on it! But is a 80 Plus Platium and it come with the computer when i purchased in Nov 2016. > Here is where i purchased it from: https://www.adorama.com/le90ed003uus.html?discontinued=t

So i still going on the list , so i can do more tests, also trying to figure out how to test the power supply with that software from OcBase, will do more reading.

As of right now i did not have computer BSOD's, but testing will continue to make sure all is good.

Thank you

Deciding on updating your BIOS is difficult.  In the old days we left the BIOS alone if it wasn't specifically identified as a problem.
These days are different - and I suggest updating the BIOS to the 12/2016 version simply because you are having problems.

If Windows Updates says there's no updates, then that's all you need to do.

The PSU is probably still good - but ask yourself what extra stuff you've added to the system.
Each thing that you add takes more power.

Continue on with the tests and let us know if you have any further BSOD's
