I have this problem where my computer windows 10 os will not recognize my headset when i plug it in to usb. nothing happens no pop up nothing. it is not available in playback or recording devices. ive tried every method i can find. i was trying to see if vomach had any software but i cant find anything with google. is it possible my computer just cant use usb headset because of the specs? they work with the 3.5mm jack just not usb. broke the jack so im stuck trying to connect em with usb but i cant find the solution as to why it wont recognize it.
