I do not know how to do this from MS-DOS - but it's rare for anyone to work in MS-DOS these days.  I suspect that you mean the Command Prompt.

You can do it from a Command Prompt (command line) using the DISKPART utility:  https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc755238%28v=ws.11%29.aspx

Be sure to backup your stuff first - as this will wipe everything from the disk.
