I was working with ms word 2016 file during 2-3 hours, and something happened with my file: Word file displays unknown texts or characters when you opened it. Now, I don't know a way to restore word file. Any help...

Try open and repair.

If the above does not work then depending on if System Restore is enabled located the Word file and right click. Select Properties. Look under the Previous Versions tab. You may have a previous version available. You most likely lost those two hours though.

Also, if this work is being done on Windows 10 and you're using File History it's possible that a version was backed up either before you started working or possibly even while you were working but before the corruption occurred.  I have no idea how to look up the "draft" version that's kept between saves, though.  If you repeatedly saved while you were working and your history setting is frequent enough you might have a backup of the file itself in mid-edit.

How different can be MS Word errors. Most of them can solve Word Restore Toolbox – application works with up to 5 damaged word files for free.
