I was resetting installed my Acer Aspire back to it factory, and I left it to reinstalled it self when I came back it Was beeping and have a Blue Screen that say: Recovery

Your PC/Device needs to be repaired

The Boot Configuration Data file is missing some required information.

Error code: 0xc000000d

You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a Disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer.

Press ESC for UEFI Firmware Settings

But when I press ESc, I get the blue screen, beeping,
I try to put it in safe mode by press F 8 key

, it beeping and go to blue screen say Recovery

So I press Ctrl and Delete it take me to BIOS setup Utility
So once I'm on that screen , I get lost
