I am an avid gamer and use a mousepad, but I also excercise my wrist and fingers each day to prevent any isues with stifness or injury from gaming, I also have a gaming technique where I move my finger and wrist less than most gamers by sliding my arm more often.

I suffered from carpal tunnel and found a British study that said if the wrist is immobilized and kept straight during rest periods(sleep) the tissue will have time to repair itself and the effects will go away.  Worked for me, used a wrist strap while sleeping and the muscle soreness went away.

How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
