The only drivers you would need to install outside of the ones provided by Windows would be any devices that have a yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager.

I would never advise using a free tool. I would first check your computer's support site for any needed drivers. Failing that I would right click each device with a yellow exclamation mark and select Properties. Under the Details tab select Hardware IDs in the dropdown box. The first line is showing the Vendor and Device ID is what you need to do a search on what driver is required.

Do you currently have yellow exclamation marks in Device Manager?

Please download Minitoolbox. Check the box next to List Devices and click the Only Problems button. Post the log. What is the make and model of the computer?

What is the make and model of the computer?

Its Haier I5 5th generaytion with 5y10c CPU.  i found one more issue just now that its  touch screen is also not working after reinstalling windows 8.1 , which was working fine before installation with both windows 10 and windows 8.1... and this error is shown in pc information (no pen or touch input is available for this display)

This laptop can also be used as a tablet, but its touch is not working now...

Is there a model number for the Haier? It would be on a tag either on the back or in the battery compartment if easily accessible.

I don't like to recommend using an all in one downloader for drivers but the most reputable I believe is Driverpacks. I have used their drivers manually. The drivers are specific to your model.

Edit: I have not used their all in one downloader. If they charge to do use it then post back and I we can do it manually.
