For about a week now I've been having an intermittent problem where only Google Chrome can access the internet. All other apps cannot, for instance Firefox can only display the page for my router. Pinging any IP other than the router in CMD generates a timeout and 3 failures. This problem seems to occur after my HP laptop has been on for a prolonged period, although since I primarily use chrome I don't know how long it takes on average to occur.

Ipconfig shows the following

Windows IP Configuration

My internet seems to be running at its normal speed through Chrome. I use McAfee as my primary antivirus but Malwarebytes and Spybot are both installed on this machine. When the problem has occurred I sometimes get issues with Windows SmartScreen being unavailable and McAfee live safe doesn't seem to want to open.

Any advice appreciated.

Please download and install Farbar Service Scanner.  The download will begin immediately after clicking on the link.

When FSS opens you will see an image like the one below.
