Thank you very much for seeing if you can help me.  Here are some of the symptoms and actions taken:

  • Windows 10 Home (64 bit)
  • Hard drive: 322gb free of 915gb
  • 8GB RAM
  • Was able to login in normal mode a month ago.  Ran disk defragment, downloaded McAfee and performed a scan.  Required letting the computer sit for long periods of time.  No issues found by McAffee
  • Now only able to login via Safe mode.  Ran CHKDSK, but got the message asking me to run 'CHKDSK / SCAN'.  Tried to run it, no results.
  • Tried to defragment and run the Windows analyzer tool, machine hung up, hard restart in safe mode.
  • Have pulled a FRST log.

Any thoughts on what I should do?
