· OS - Windows 10 x64
· Windows 10 Pro (I built the PC)
· OEM Version I purchased.
· Ram/HDD/SSD 2 years. CPU/Video Card/Motherboard/PSU Brand New
· Age of OS installation - 2 Years

· i5 4590
· ASUS Dual GTX 1070
· MSI Z97 PC Mate
· Corsair CXM CX650M

· Desktop

I have been getting this error for a few weeks off and on. I have tried updating all the drivers I can find. I ram a meme test before my latest 2 crashes overnight and it passed with zero errors. Also ran DskChk on my C: drive with no errors. I can't figure this out just hoping someone can help me. I will verify my drivers after I post this.

(Update)

I ran the windows driver verifier with the recommended settings here on the how to post a blue screen error. I got the error BAD_POOL_CALLER after about 2 minutes of being logged in. BlueScreenView said it was caused by my intel tuning utility so I have uninstalled that. I have posted the dmp file here incase it's of any relevance.

Any further issues since you uninstalled the Intel Tuning Utility?

Please reinstall the latest version of the Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST) drivers for your system (available from the motherboard manufacturer's support website).

Your UEFI/BIOS (version V4.11) dates from 2016.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Only 5 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 14393 (1607) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

You have 4 hard drives and dual video cards(?).  What is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power Supply?

MSI Afterburner (along with EVGA Precision and Riva Tuner) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys).  Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting.  Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

Several more Live Kernel Events than BSOD's in the WER section of MSINFO32 report.

This might be a sign of a hardware problem - so I suggest that you run these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Please run ALL of the tests and let us know the results.

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of W10 (29 July 2015).

Please update the programs that use them to the latest, W10 compatible versions.

Let us know the one's that you can't update so that we can make suggestions.

Don't worry about the MBfilt64.sys - it's actually quite stable despite being so old.

Please uninstall the MSI Fast Boot and SuperCharger applications.

They use the NTIOLib_X64.sys drivers which are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.

I have installed the latest version of Intel RST.

My UEFI/BIOS is the most up to date version MSI offers.

Windows update reported that my device was up to date.

It's not two video cards its ASUS's DUAL 1070 (that's the name of the card) My PSU is a · Corsair CXM CX650M 650 watt PSU that's less than a month old.

I uninstalled MSI Afterburner

NO current Overclocks besides XMP on my RAM

I will do hardware tests and driver updates tomorrow.

I uninstalled Super Charger. However I installed Fastboot after the BSOD's started happening. And I actually NEED this to enter my BIOS.

Thanks for the fast response I will update this post with the missing information as soon as I finish the Diagnostic Tests.
