When I try to install updates KB920821,921567 and 914796 it keeps failing and giving me error code 0x8007066F. Ihave tried everythingMSoft have suggested and no joy at all!Has anybody any ideas on how to resolve this issue? :thumbsup:

do you know if there are updates for windows or updates for office. If so then the only resolutions that i could find would be to either do a repair of office and if that does not work then the other option would be to reinstall office.

The're all office updates ,reinstalling office doesn't make any difference.I suspect the ose.exe file is to blame but i can't find on of the discs I have access to.

Have you run a full virus and spyware scans. Malware can stop downloads and installs

Sys.tem is Panda/Adaware/ Spybot clean.Funny thing is it will install sp3 for office,and another 11 updates but not these!Just tried install with av off-no joy!

Just a shot in the dark - but try the free DJLizard program called DialAFix to reregister all the Windows Update stuff. http://wiki.djlizard.net/Dial-a-fix
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
