I have 64bit pro and every time I wake my pc from a sleep I get 3 access violation prompts from my Asrock utility software "Asrock formula drive" which I use primarily for fan control and sometimes OC. What does it mean and how do I get rid of it? Much thanks!

The message: Access violation at address (blank) in module 'AsrFD.exe'. Write of address (blank)
