Cannot delete mshtmlud.dll - ID'd as Win32.CoreFlood

This is my first post, so please forgive any lack of following procedure.

I have scanned with Computer Associates' eTrust scanner. It identified mshtmlud.dll as being associated with the Win32.CoreFlood virus. However, I cannot get the file deleted. I have tried to unregister it, and windows will not unregister it.

Normally, when I get something that Adaware, Spybot, Norton, or the CA site can't take care of, I can Google the file name and find help. Doing a search on this file name gets nothing.

Can someone please help.
