Hi, my name is Keith and my visa laptop will not start up but just shows a black screen no curser no nothing, the lights for mains , windows and the internet all show, can anyone help?

Please give us the exact make and model - I am not familiar with a visa laptop.

A link to their website would also be helpful.


My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
