Can't Get Out of Safe Mode

I have had Win 10...installed over Win 8 for about 1 year and for the first time since install I just started it in Safe Mode  (I can't remember why), but I haven't been able to get out of it since.  I have tried a few suggestions online but none of these have worked.  Has anyone else had this problem and then found a solution to get out?  This is on my HP Pavilion Laptop.

Did you use System Configuration (MSConfig) to start your system in Safe Mode? Have a look at this video — maybe it'll help:
