Hi all! I need help trying to resolve an issue ive been having. Ive talked to Windows support techs and they could not resolve my issue.

After playing games (Fallout 4, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare) my games crash to the desktop with little to no error information. When CoD crashes I get an error that reads "DirectX has encountered an unrecoverable error", but Fallout 4 does not (I play both of these games through steam)

I have reinstalled Windows10 two times, I have run a System File Checker, I have updates my graphics drivers, I have run the games on old graphics driver versions, I have updated my BIOS to the most recent version. I have run CCleaner scans for errors, I have performed all of the most recent Windows updates and multiple virus scans. I have also updated my DirectX to the latest version.

In terms of hardware I have reseated my RAM, reseated my GPU, checked the plugs from the PSU into the GPU, repositioned the heat sync on the CPU.

I know this isn't an ambient temperature issue because sometimes on Fallout 4, the computer will keep crashing in the same location in the game 4 times or so in a row (same location as in a very small area, i will reload from a save and move through that building and it will crash again) whereas other days where it has been ~35-40C I might get a crash every 4 - 5 hours apart. On CoD the crashes occur once every 20 minutes on average without exception.

Here is the error I get from the 'Reliablility History' (This issue is the only issue I've been having with my computer so I know no other things are causing the issues).

Well, it looks like you've done most of what you can do for software issues.

The next step would be diagnostics on the hardware.

Please start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Start with the video tests, but please complete ALL of the tests and let us know the results.

Please run this report collecting tool so that we can provide a complete analysis: (from the pinned topic at the top of the forum)   http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/
FYI - I don't often use the Perfmon report, so if it doesn't work please just let me know.
NOTE:  On problem systems it can take up to 20 minutes for the log files to complete.  Please be patient and let it run.

If you still have problems with it running, there's an alternate tool here (direct download link):  https://github.com/blueelvis/BSOD-Inspector/releases/download/1.0.5/BSODInspector-1.0.5.exe

NOTE:
Please zip up the (.ZIP) files - do not use .RAR, .7z or other compression utilities.
.ZIP is the type file that can be uploaded to the forums.

Here is the link to the reports: https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/637928/report-for-kernelerror/

I ran the Memtest (for what I assume was 8 passes, im not sure) and it seemed to come up empty, I ran the CPU test IPDT and it passed every category, I can't make heads or tails of the video card tests, have also added the Sysnative BSOD dump zip file.

If I have done anything wrong, or not done something, all I can say is this is way out of my depth and I'm doing my best!

Please see the other topic where you posted the reports.

Unfortunately, you'll also see that the system has pirated software - and as such I won't be replying further until the system is made legitimate (more details on the other page).

Good luck to you.
