Hi,

The forums are really busy, that explains why logs get behind. If you still need some help, please start with posting a new hijackthislog in this thread. Don't start with a new thread.
Then I'll take a look. :thumbsup:

Hello,

First of all, I see you have Microsoft antispyware installed. This is an old version. It's Windows Defender now. That's why I recommend you uninstall Microsoft antispyware and install Windows Defender instead:
http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/s...re/default.mspx

Second remark... I see you have The Cleaner installed. I still see too many people installing trials and after the trial has expired, they keep the program and leave it running while it won't protect you anyway, because you can't update it anymore.
So in case you didn't purchase The Cleaner, I suggest you uninstall it. In case you did purchase it, leave it.

* Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard,ShellNext = iexplore <== not required
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - - (no file)
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE
<== this is a resource hog

* Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.
Make sure your Internet Explorer is closed when you click Fix Checked!

Post a new hijackthislog in your next reply.
