Hi forum, My name is Pablo, I am from Chile and the company where I work suffered an ransomware attack in December. We pay to Hackers and they sent a key and decrytor program. We have a lot of policy in the Server and we need to check if they work at the time of an attack. I need infect the machine with a real ransomware to simulate an attack.
 
I have the follow question.
 
 Where or How I can find a real ransomware for the infect my test machine? :smash:

While I understand you may have good reasons to look for specific malware samples, Bleeping Computer is not the place to ask for assistance on how to obtain them.

You can register at sites like www.hybrid-analysis.com, www.malwr.com or https://virusshare.com/ to download malware samples.

We cannot link actual malware downloads on sites like this one. People might get infected.

Please read my comments and explanation in this topic.
