NO Video Input, Enter Sleep mode

Hello guys i have some problem..

recenetly my cpu and gpu was overheating so i opened case , removed both , cleaned it and put on it some thermal paste.. it worked for 2 days perfectly on 23C and 50-60C on gpu .. but yesterday i was playing NBA 2k17 with evga precision ON and Gpu went on 70C i was wondering why and touched graphics card while running, somehow fan speed went down suddenly and game crashed and so EVGA precision with it.. then it restarted , i tried runnig any game but it did same like in 2-3 min.. then i opened case reinstalled graphics card, removed and put both Ram, switched places for RAm but when i start up it says 

no video input , Enter Sleep mode

can anyone heelp me?

How you power off the computer when playing arond in thier and did you touch the case first befor touching things ?

As well 70c not bad for most video cards.

Mobo even posting and any beeps at start up from the computer ?
