Hey guys,

I think the BSOD came from a virus. Anyways, here are all the answers that you require. Oh and I had to use a other program since the one you told me to use didn't drop a .zip

· OS - Windows 8.1, 8, 7, Vista ? 7
· x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64
· What was original installed OS on system? Win7
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? OEM version
· Age of system (hardware) 2-3 years
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? Reinstalled 1-1.5 years ago

· CPU - i5-4440
· Video Card - NVIDIA GTX 760
· MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop) ASROCK B85M PRO4
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (skip if laptop) Corsair 600 (CX600M)

· System Manufacturer Selfmade
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) Selfmade

· Laptop or Desktop? Desktop

There are a few options that if the virus gets killed, a BSOD appears. The BSOD only appears when I boot my PC. Here is my Snapshot: http://speccy.piriform.com/results/dCdfyKqTv3n3n2kb0vv2HTi

Ya i know sometimes when you get rid of a virus it takes windows with it or windows becomes half broken even if your clean and not infected anymore.

Some times dodgy software installs that don't want to uninstall or want to 100% uninstall the right way can make a mess of things too.

Ok my self i mostly use behavioral analysis to find problems, if you would be so kind tell me a story about what you seeing at your end, what kind of problems we talking about, as well whats the last things that happened on your pc before the problems started, im guessing a virus.

I'm getting BSOD at like 80% of the starts and my browser history clears magically. I was logged into a instagram acc though it wasn't mine.

These devices have problems in Device Manager:

Nicht verfügbar    ROOT\LEGACY_ESGIGUARD\0000    Die Treiber für dieses Gerät wurden nicht installiert.

The first one is most likely the Intel Smart Connect software - please install it

The next one is likely related to your Execution Guard software from SpyHunter.  Please uninstall it

The next one is likely related to your TuneUp Utilities software.  Please uninstall it

The next one is disabled.  Why is it disabled?  I suggest enabling and updating it.  If it's not needed, please uninstall it.

The next one is likely related to your BlueStacks Hypervisor.  Please uninstall it.

If this stuff doesn't help, then please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Zip up and upload the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump folder

If unable to zip it there, copy it to your Desktop and zip it there.

Continue with the rest of the things that I asked you to do, starting with the Windows Updates
Let me know which you couldn't complete and which you could.

After you've tried it all, then run Driver Verifier according to the instructions I gave earlier.

I noticed an error in the items that I saw in Device Manager.  The SmartConnect was the last one, not the first one.
Here's the corrected version:

These devices have problems in Device Manager:

Quote

The first one is likely related to your Execution Guard software from SpyHunter.

The last one is most likely the Intel Smart Connect software - please install it

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

I installed all updates that aren't Language or IE updates. I can't seem to find TuneUp Utilities nor do I find the Execution Guard from SpyHunter.

I suggest the IE updates as IE is installed on your system.

I suggest the language updates also, but am not as certain about them.

You can right click on the TuneUp Utilities device and the Execution Guard device and Uninstall them.

I don't like doing this, as it sometimes leaves extra junk on the system (and it's possible that the extra junk is what's causing the problems.

You can also search your file system and registry for entries from these programs and manually remove them - BUT BE CAREFUL!!!!  Removing the wrong thing can make the system unbootable.
Be sure to backup your system and it's registry before starting (also make a system restore point).

You can also use this free utility to stop items from those programs from starting (disable, DO NOT DELETE):  https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx

Again, be sure to backup your system and it's registry before starting (also make a system restore point)

Please uninstall Team Viewer as it's driver dates from 2007.

If needed, please wait to reinstall it until we're finished with the troubleshooting.

If this stuff doesn't help, then please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Unfortuanetly I'm unable to find them.. They're not showing up in the Programs list. Where do I find them? I'm uninstalling TV at the moment and downloading and installing the language updates.

Maybe I should add that my Google Chrome History is deleted after I close chrome though I don't have it enabled in one of the programs.
