my desktop has been having a virus infection which does not allow me to open any of my MS Word documents saved earlier and gives a message that to i should put correct encoding or to use repair tool which then also doesnt open the document. it opens it gibberrish language. Also i am unable to download any programs eg. firefox to my desktop, as it cannot be saved. Each time i have to reinstall Firefox to access the net. I therefore downloaded Malware free software MB3 set up from your website. I saved the icon on my website and started to run the program. Initially  message came that free trial period is over, when i had just downloaded it, and then that also became stuck. i then realised that the malware program was also infected by the virus. Earlier, i had seen a file called www.runounce.exe and i tried to delete it using kaspersky from this website. though the kaspersky program showed runounce .exe as a suspicious file, after doing the virus scan, but the delete function in the Kaspersky scan wasnt deleting the file even after reebooting. what do i do- really, really frustrated
