Hello, Not sure where to go but this is my problem.
When ever I go into Facebook and go to Criminal Case,
I get an error and a little symbol at the bottom,
and will not let me in or if I'm in, it will kick me out.

How do you go to a different webpage inside Facebook? Do you mean it's a link? Your computer is telling you it's not a safe redirect or the webpage isn't secure with SSL. Considering it's a add for a free flash web game...I wouldn't trust it.

Do you get the error if you just go to https://www.criminalcase.com/ instead of getting there through Facebook? The SSL certificate itself for the site looks good, but it couuld be the SSL certificate for a ad on the site, or the redirect from Facebook to criminalcase.com.

Looking through google, it seems that it's a bug related to your computer's time. See posts here. My guess is something expired for 2017 because everyone is saying they have to set their clocks to 2016. However setting your PC clock wrong will cause SSL errors on sites that aren't broken. It's something the game designer has to fix and if you look around, it's something that has happened several times throughout the years.

Me neither and ran 3 tests on it's SSL certificate. Thats why I don't think the problem is with the website, but the SSL certificate connected to the link Facebook uses to redirect traffic from Facebook to the game. If I had to guess, Facebook only allows them to work for a year, that way each game has to re-register with Facebook each year. This would protect Facebook users from fake games with malware like what I thought the site was at first glance.

Facebook even has a SSL monitoring service, and when I look for their certificate for www.criminalcase.com I find nothing. If I search for King.com (Candy Crush) I find tons. Again, this really seems like a problem with the game developer not signing up for SSL renewal. The only solution I see is wait until they fix it again or contact them:

I went into www.criminalcase.com like you mentioned,

and that asked me if I wanted to log on thru Facebook which I did,

And so far so good it worked.

Thank-You for all your help,

John

Oh, that works too. I thought you were asking how to make it work through Facebook. Cheers!
