Whenever I boot up my computer, I get a popup with my default browser (chrome) and it sends me to the site in the title. I found a registry key with my name on it, and when I delete it, it might go away for a boot or two, and then it's created again. AVIRA and MBAM don't find anything about it. I can't get rid of it... Is anyone able to help me with this, or at least give me some information about it?

Edit: Added FRST.txt
