Please help my windows 10 Dell laptop is driving me crazy

There's two problem I have notice
1. If I connect my laptop to my phone hotspot it connects fine but keeps saying no internet
2. I can not connect any device to my laptop via Bluetooth

Both of these problems IDK where they came or y both the bluetooth and hotspot worked fine before now all of a sudden the stop working. Please someone help

This is my results from my system scan done just now
Windows resource protection did not find any integrity violation

The sfc /scannow didn't find any problems, but what you are looking at would more likely be a driver or Windows setting.


If this had been working properly previously and it hasn't been to long ago that the problem started you may be able to do a System Restore to correct this.  You will need to choose a restore point dated prior to the origin of this problem.


Press the Windows key windowskey_zps092d5c75.png and the X key, in the menu that opens click or tap on System.  Then select System Protction.


In the page that open you will see System Restore, click or tap on this and follow the instruction to do the System Restore.
