from malware. Won't let me get back in as Sys Admin to change back policy to EU. MS support  hasn't replied to my e-mail. Can anybody help get my WD back? Do I need to reinstall Win 10? I just completed

the latest update to 10 and no change with the WD popup box saying a Policy Change won't let me use WD. I'm using MB and SuperSpy so its not super urgent. Would just like to have WD working. Thanks.
