Greetings, first off thnx for your help and I apologize for any attitude (I don't like xp and I' m really trying to get win 10 up and going) anyway here's whats going on brought up the utility page in win 10 (CMOS setup utility) brought up boot device configuration > cd/dvd boot priority says 1st drive > [ P1-PLDS DVD+/- RWD ] > options { P1-PLDS DVD=/- RWD Disabled. I am unable to boot from  dvd how to I enable this? :lmao:

Can you boot a USB flash drive. If you attach a bootable USB flash drive then tap F12 while booting you should be able to select it as a boot device.

Can you boot a USB flash drive. If you attach a bootable USB flash drive then tap F12 while booting you should be able to select it as a boot device.

On my computer it is F8.
