I thought of NickAu when I saw this one.

 

It is paraphrasing the French philosopher Descartes, famous for his saying "I think, therefore I am". Often accompanied by a picture of Rodin's statue The Thinker.

 

Came from a chap in Surrey, UK, in 2010

I'll tell you one I really liked and it featured in Brian's previous signature.
