I am using Windows Pro x64 Build 1607, i have a Microsoft account associated with it but when i change my profile photo in my microsoft account, the new profile picture does not sync or show up in the start menu..I would like to add up I have my sync settings turned on. I would like to say that the changed profile picture shows up in windows store and all the associated apps but it neither shows up In Accounts-Your Info section Under Settings App nor does it show up in the start screen... Any Suggestion would be greatly appreciated.. How Do I Fix This???

Try following these steps

https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/6795-account-picture-change-windows-10-a.html

You will need to show hidden files and folders to do this.
