Function keys deactivated - how do I reactivate them?

Hi guys, this should be pretty simple to fix...


I've somehow deactivated my function keys and want to activate them again. They used to adjust brightness, sound and so on, but now they don't do anything, even if I press Fn. They only work as the 'usual' function keys would (e.g. F5 refreshes the page). Before I could use them as hotkeys, and as the typical function keys if I pressed Fn.


I'm using a HP Envy with Windows 10.
