I have an isssue that happened power went out with my power strip...I have an ARRIS DG860 modem ...I can't get online with -- either via a wireless connection or Ethernet/wired connection -- I've tried doing a hard and soft reset (reset with the bottom)... still not able to get online...all the lights end up being solid green above the "online" light ...and the "online" light flashes green with no other lights below it coming on.  I have been unsuccessful trying to find a manual online that helps with this.  I've contacting the ISP Wow! and they said the soonest a technician could come out was a couple days ago.  I work from home so I'm losing money every hour thanks in advanced for any helpful response/s.

Can you describe what you mean by "and the "online" light flashes green with no other lights below it coming on." Do you mean the ethernet light isn't coming on? Does it come on even if you connect a confirmed working ethernet between the DG860 and a computer? If so, have you tried all 4 ports on the back? If so, sounds like the modem is broken.

If time is cructial, you could try buying a new gateway. Here is a list of compatible devices, just make sure you get a gateway(modem/router combo) instead of a stand alone modem.
