I cannot bring up the above. When I click on the add and remove the page does not come up.
What do I do?

If you got to Control Panel and switch to "Category View", Add/Remove Programs is easier to see.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.

I had a similar problem a while ago so I did a System Restore to a date just before I had installed a new programme that I thought might be responsible. System Restore was successful and add/remove was put back. It may work if you try it.

System Restore rolled back many security updates so I had to check and update everything again.

Good luck, whatapalaver
