Looks like you have 2 Hard Drives - is this Correct ? { Disk O and Disk 1 }

If so 2 Drives cannot share attributes of space.

C:\ has a total of 30G , with 12G free.

And the other is Unallocated 465G { No drive letter } .

To make it clearer download Speccy and post the results https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/speccy/

i am not sure but it seems to me also that its has two physical hard drives not virtual.

if this is the case then how to make it possible for merging the two disks to get a single larger one ??

is there any way out??

i am sending the snapshots as being created through the speccy. You are right it shows two hard drives.

thanks

Ok , Is the 500G drive an External drive connected via USB.

Can you Post the Make and Model No of the  Your System / is it a Tablet ?

I may not be of much help with Win 10 etc . but if the C;\ is only 30Gig then it is only good enough to hold the Operating System and you would then have to save Personel Data etc on the 500 Drive , but you will have to initilize it first and assign a drive letter to use it.

Anyway post the Model etc and someone can guide you further with the Info provided so far.

yes its a tablet

Laptop: Haier

Model: Y11b.

The 500 GB is not an external drive. Its inside the machine.

Is Hiren boot CD of some Use!! someone did also recommend me a live DVD suggesting that you can not make changes when logged on in windows 10 so use Live DVD?? ???

Do you realize that those are two separate drives? You can not merge two separate drives into one.
