Hi and welcome to Bleeping Computer! My name is Sam and I will be helping you.

Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri) to your Desktop.
Extract all the files to your Destop. A folder named SmitfraudFix will be created on your Desktop.

=======================

Please download Ewido Anti-spyware and save that file to your desktop.
This is a 30 day trial of the program
  • Once you have downloaded ewido anti-spyware, locate the icon on the desktop and double-click it to launch the set up program.
  • Once the setup is complete you will need run ewido and update the definition files.
  • On the main screen select the icon "Update" then select the "Update now" link.
    • Next select the "Start Update" button, the update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.
  • Once the update has completed select the "Scanner" icon at the top of the screen, then select the "Settings" tab.
  • Once in the Settings screen click on "Recommended actions" and then select "Quarantine".
  • Under "Reports"
    • Select "Automatically generate report after every scan"
    • Un-Select "Only if threats were found"
Close ewido anti-spyware. Do not run a scan yet!

========================

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press Enter
This program will scan large amounts of files on your computer for known patterns so please be patient while it works. When it is done, the results of the scan will be displayed and it will create a log named rapport.txt in the root of your drive, eg: Local Disk C: or partition where your operating system is installed. Please post that log.

Sometimes Mcafee detects Smitfraudfix as a threat. This is a false positive. You will probably have to disable Mcafee while you run Smitfraudfix. If it still doesn't work, then it's because Mcafee will have removed one of the files and you will need to download Smitfraudfix again.

Before you run it, you must extract it to your desktop. You should be able to do this with Winzip. Once it's unzipped, you will have a Smitfraud folder. Inside that folder is where you'll find smitfraud.cmd

To disable Mcafee, just right click on the taskbar icon. Select Virusscan -> Disable.

Let me know how it goes.

Ok, let's try another type of tool that may go a bit more smoothly.

Please download ComboFix and save it to your desktop.
Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's done running it will produce a log for you. Please post that log in your next reply.

Important Note - Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.

Go ahead and follow the steps I posted before for Ewido though. We'll still need it later on.

  • Please double-click Killbox.exe to run it.
  • Select:
    • Delete on Reboot
    • then Click on the All Files button.
  • Please copy the file paths below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose copy):

    C:\WINDOWS\unvise32qt.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\efabab8_s.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\f97752f8.exe
    C:\Documents and Settings\Paul O'Reilly\Application Data\winantiviruspro2006freeinstall[1].exe
    C:\WINDOWS\6d1srtaq.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\loaded.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\d909g3vv.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\o9ojqf82.exe

  • Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose Paste from Clipboard.
