Only 287 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most systems with SP1 have 350-400 or more.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

This device does not have drivers installed:

Not Available    USB\ASMEDIAROOT_HUB\5&3C0ECB0&0&0    The drivers for this device are not installed.

I believe that this is your USB 3.0 device, please visit the Asus website for your motherboard to download and install the drivers for it.

Only 2 memory dumps in the uploaded reports.

Luckily the WER sectioh of MSINFO32 captured BSOD info on a lot more.

The errors seem to be hardware related - and most often involve the hard drive.

Please start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Start with the hard drive diagnostics but complete ALL of the tests.  Then, let us know the results.

As there isn't much in the way of tests for SSD's, you may want to try another hard drive in the system.

Since it's just for testing, you can install Windows without activating it to see if the errors come back.

Hi Usasma, really appreciate your help and time, also happy new year!

not sure what updates I need to get, my windows update shows that I'm up to date. I ran the windows update diagnostic on the control panel, it didnt say any errors. what are the steps for me to find out if my windows updates is not working?

I updated the asmedia like you mentioned and I'll run the hd diagnostic tonight or over the weekend and I'll keep you updated.

edit: updated the bios to the newest one.

If it says there are no updates, and there are no errors - then you can't do much more than that.

Hardware related errors can also be caused by compatibility issues or problems with low-level drivers.
This includes the BIOS updates and the ASMedia drivers - so that may fix it.

Keep an eye out for further BSOD's and we'll see what happens!

Good luck!
