If I were you I would look at Control Panel -> Programs and Features and rank the list of installed programs by Date (click on "Install On" tab) to see what was installed recently that you are not aware of, check the Startup tab under Task Manager to see any new and unknown startup programs/files there. And as a pre-caution run Malware-bytes scan.

When you right-click on the file and select properties what does it say is the location?

You may need to ''show hidden files and folders'' to find the location shown on the file.

I checked under hidden files and found it but I don't know if I should delete it or not. There is no imformation about this file that I can find. When I right clicked on it says the location is desktop.
