I use a number of computers and don't have a good backup system running across all of them. I use google drive, but don't create files on google drive when I'm working unless I'm working with others, and it's the best discourse. However, by not doing this, my work is subject to getting blitzed out and being digitally obliterated(Not often, but once is far more than enough).

Is there an application that will start a countdown when I open a program, and then deliver an alert when I've had this program open for X amount of time? Preferably one that I can modify and disarm when applicable.

tl;dr Any application that counts down an alarm when I open certain applications?
