Hey guys, I need the wireless network driver and to update the display driver but looking on Hp's site here I am surprised that it's showing "no drivers available"?

Yeah, HP really went down hill when it comes to providing drivers.
What are the Vendor and Device IDs for each device?
Edit: I don't understand. I went to your link and selected Windows 7 64bit and got a list of drivers

The problem is HP has multiple drivers from multiple vendors in the same category. Network as multiple wifi drivers for intel, atheros, and raylink. You will need to find the Vendor ID of the device and work from that. Display drivers have the same problem. Intel, AMD, and Nvidia. The computer may be one that has two display chipsets.
PCI database is still showing an error on a device search. You can use the database here as a replacement. Use the search box at the bottom of the page to search by Vendor Name or ID. Then use the search box for the Device ID.
