Your hard drive or it's connection to the motherboard has probably failed.

You can test your hard drive using UBCD. Burn the iso to a CD. You will need to disable SecureBoot in your UEFI settings if it is there and also QuickBoot or Fastboot. You may need to enable Legacy or CSM boot.

Boot UBCD and at the menu screen select Parted Magic. Click Disk Health and run the short/long tests.

What is the make and model of the computer? What OS was the computer installed with?Depending on the make and model of your computer is may have diagnostics available at boot. Tap Esc for HP and F12 for Dell.

You can create a DVD or USB of Windows 10 on any Windows 7 or later computer using the Media Creation Tool.
