boot problem

i have a hp that freezes at the boot up screen..if i reset bios it will work till i set bios settings and reboot it still does it

its a hp p6313w desktop 4 gigs ram

Download this and burn it to dvd, see if you can boot the laptop off this.

So what your saying is defalt bios settings everything ok but if you play with your bios settings the computer dousen't work is that right ?
