OS: Win10 x64 (preinstalled, OEM)

Age of OS: Since purchase; Performed "reset" roughly a week ago

Hardware: ASUS K501UW laptop, purchased Aug/Sep 2016

CPU: Intel Core i7-6500U

GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 960M

I've gotten three BSODs in the past few days, and a number of system hangs at various points in the same timeframe.  Before resetting windows I was getting them much more frequently if that matters.  I've recently updated all drivers I could which were available from the manufacturer.

Currently running driver verifier; already ran drive and memory diagnostics with no errors detected.

Sysnative collection app report is attached.  Perfmon has been stuck at "Collecting data for 60 seconds..." for roughly 15 minutes; will attach report if/when it finishes.

Please let me know if I need to give any additional information.

Thanks for your time, effort, and patience.  Any help is appreciated!

Sorry for the delay in replying - I've been very busy lately.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version K501UW.301) dates from 2016.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

The memory dumps aren't certain, but it appears that this is a networking issue.  Could be software or hardware.

The last memory dump blames wifi drivers.  Did you enable Driver Verifier for it?

If you did enable Driver Verifier, please be sure to turn it off using "Delete existing settings" in the verifier.exe interface.

Start by download fresh copies of the latest, W10 compatible networking drivers for your system from the the Asus support website for your model (wired, wireless, and bluetooth)

Then uninstall the current drivers from Control Panel...Programs and Features

Then install the freshly downloaded drivers and monitor for further BSOD's

While you're waiting, you can try these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

That'll get you a head start on the hardware troubleshooting if it's needed.
