Hi, I;m new on this forum and have all my files crypted by a ransomware since a few day; May be someone can help me ?

Thanks for your help.


Sorry, but I have already erased all files named "Your files are locked !!!!!.txt" and cleaned my computer with removal ransomware tool.


I have now a dead shortcut named "CryptoLocker", linked to the target "C:\Users\Patrick\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\sysgop.exe" and I try now to undelete the ranson notes file for having your help.

PClock (and PClock2) ransomware does not change or append an obvious extension to the end of the encrypted data filename. PClock2 will leave files (ransom notes) with names like Your files are locked !.txt and Your files are locked !!!!.txt. The ransom note instructs victims to contact the cyber-criminals at "suppteam03@india.com", "suppteam03@yandex.ru", "suppcop@india.com", "suppcop@yandex.ru", "sysgop01@india.com", or "sysgop02@india.com" to get payment instructions.

Unfortunately, newer PClock variants are not decryptable and there is no longer any way to provide decryption without paying the ransom. The Emsisoft Decrypter created for earlier PClock variants will not work. Fabian explains why in Post #987.


Just as a heads up: We released a blog post about the newest variants and why we are unable to help.

There is ongoing discussion in this topic where you can post comments, ask questions and seek further assistance. Other victims have been directed there to share information, experiences and suggestions.

Rather than have everyone with individual topics, it would be best (and more manageable for staff) if you posted any more questions, comments or requests for assistance in the above support topic discussion...it includes experiences by experts, a variety of IT consultants, end users and company reps who have been affected by ransomware infections. To avoid unnecessary confusion, this topic is closed.
