Only 207 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most systems with SP1 have 350-400 or more.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

No real firm info on this in the memory dumps.

Please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

So I have ran driver verifier and it goes about its process for a little while then freezes and goes to a screen similar to this: http://m.imgur.com/nwCoIwu?r (currently not with computer to get picture)
Is there way I can see what driver the verifier stopped on? Or is there something I'm missing here?

Driver Verifier is designed to crash the system when it stresses the drivers - then we analyze the memory dump in order to figure out which driver is likely to be at fault..

What you are experiencing is likely an unintended side-effect of the driver stress process.

It makes me wonder if there is a hardware problem with your video card.

First try updating your video drivers - then, if that doesn't help, try these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Start with the video tests first, but finish ALL of the tests - and please let us know the results.
