PC wont boot operation system no matter what

So the other day I was on my pc try to start a shadow play recording but it bugged and my screen event black I tried Alt tabing I tried Ctrl alt deleting and nothing it was stuck like that for 5 minutes so I decide to just manually turn it off and turn it back on when it turned on it booted the operating system but I could not move my curser or use my computer it was basicly frozen so I had to manually turn it of again this time when I turned it back on it did not boot the operating system it turned on and displayed only the Asus logo cause my mother board is a Asus and it staid frozen like that for a while so I had to manally again turn my pc off turn back but this time in the boot I got a quick flash of a blue screen then back to the Asus logo start up then back to a flash of blue screen of death it looped like this over and over so I ran system repair and it did nothing it could not repair it so I decide to get my laptops had drive which works and replace it into the pc but still no but I get a Asus logo start up then a windows 7 logo start up but half way threw the animation it freezes and flashes a blue screen of death then goes back to the asus logo so I don't know what to do pleas help me
