i'm nervous, plz forgive. u all seem to use this site as 'continuing ed' so to speak... i'm a complete novice, hence the username "derx3"

sometimes i hear i am trying too hard to keep my laptop secure, therfore, some of my programs don't play well w/ eachother, so they are actually interfering with what each of them are supposed to be accomplishing. i've been told i'm slowing my computer down unnecessarily (TRUE!)

and this is the part where u will probably all hate me and demand i be banned fr the site. i have VERY basic knowledge abt what any of these programs do; some of them, i don't even understand their purpose.

i am a very light-weight user. i am a huge "Google It" for everything i have questions abt... i try to be safe, but... the saying 'The Best of Intentions'... THAT is me, in a nutshell... thinking i'm whizzing along all safe & snug... next thing i' m somewhere i shouldn't be, i panic, x out of site and hope the bad guys don't realize i was ever there...

i'm willing to pay REASONABLE fees for the programs that will keep this dingy blonde safe fr all the people that should get real jobs and leave the rest of us alone...

i have no choice but to bank online; so this is really important to me.

anyone truly interested in helping me... i surely would appreciate. if u'r thinking of tormenting (impressing) me w/ ur knowledge, u may want to blow right past me, cuz i won't be impressed, cuz i won't even understand what u r saying... :) i hope there is at least one of u out there patient enuf to take on this task... THANK U!!!
