Dear smart people who are so wonderful and will hopefully educate me:

Many years ago I used the old machines and I would educate myself on them so the IT guy would not make me feel stupid. Well now I work at home, my IT guy is my son and he is snotty when I ask him for help or makes me feel stupid. So here I am looking to you all for help and I promise to educate myself better this time!

Spending some spare time reading the Tutorials or the forum threads will soon give you enough knowledge to avoid asking your son for help. The members here, if you post about a problem you are having or just want to ask a question, are much much much friendlier than your son, and probably more helpful.
