Not open my nootbook nb250

I have a nootbook nb250 but this not open any mood. What I do?

At first tell, what it means "...this not open any mood."?
Give more data, Is it TOSHIBA NB250-xxx ?, what OS, when installed, etc - all what You know.
When was the last time if it worked correctly.

Please post the complete model of this Toshiba notebook.

 

I'll take a guess that by "this not open any mood" translates to "it will not boot in any mode"?

 

What happens when you try to boot into Windows with this computer?

 

If you are receiving an error message please post the exact message.

 

Is the operating system on this computer Windows 7?
