Hey i've been having this issue since yesterday. There's an error every time i turn on my pc. I have tried going to BIOS settings and configure the settings to boot up from cd/dvd rom as suggested by other tutorials but it's not helping much. See the problem is,that the first time i tried that it was successful but now it just simply won't boot to windows. And i had a power outage at my neighbourhood while using the computer. Is hardware damaged? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Is there any error code on startup?  Have you tried booting with a recovery device?
