I had a call from one of those scammers that says they work for microsoft i did everything the guy told me on my laptop then he asked me for credit card details i have to buy some program dor like R200 now my laptop is asking me for a startup password i dont know what to do packard bell Z5WT3 please can someone help me please ....

“SOLUTION: This is Microsoft Support” telephone scam – Computer ransom lockout

This is an older but common Tech Support Scam. Microsoft does not make unsolicited phone calls, display pop-up alerts in your browser to call a support number or send unsolicited email messages to request personal or financial information or to fix your computer.
