Cant work out whats wrong with my pc

Hello there this is my first time posting in here. Ive been having pc problems for about 6 months it started when my older brother used my pc. I have taken my pc to two different technicians for help but the problem still persists. Cpu usage is always very high, ive tried to format hdd but it says my drive is frozen so i am using a new drive now. Any help please?? Thank you it would be muchly appreciated Merry christmas aswell

anyways download this and find out whats uning up power, as well what are your full software and hardware stats.
